Aussies bring the Game at Gamescon 2022

Australian-made games have been winning major industry awards and pulling in huge global sales, really putting the Australian digital games industry on the map in recent years. This week is Gamescon 2022 Week, held in Cologne, Germany. The Federal Government has announced a Digital Games tax offset of 30% which came into effect in July 2022 and State Governments offer a further 10-15% rebate. This should attract even more international gaming developers to the Australian market, looking like a boom in this industry will be imminent.
